WASHINGTON -- Before heading east to training camp, Washington Wizards point guard Gilbert Arenas had a nice long talk with his father in Los Angeles. A father-son summit seemed appropriate, following a season in which the son's behavior seemed adolescent at times.
Gilbert Arenas Sr. told his son to treat everybody with respect and to ``watch what you say -- because people notice it.''
``He told me that he's going to try to cut down on going after the referee,'' Arenas Sr. said, ``but he's still going to have that fire.''
Dad's conclusion? Junior should be better behaved this year, but: ``When that blood gets riled up, you're still going to see some of what they say is immaturity.''
